Management Tools

  Log In
To log in: Simply go to www.yourdomain.dashboardpro.net The Dashboard is password protected, so each authorized user is able to log in with his/her own unique User ID and Password. Once you are logged into the Dashboard, you are also logged in to each of the other management tools.
     
  Web Links
Upon logging in, the opening screen of the Dashboard is the Web Links page, which consists of links to frequently visited (in-house and external) categorized websites.
     
  Add Web Links/Categories
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the appropriate link, and fill out the brief information form. Hit submit and confirm. It's as simple as that.
     
  Modify or Delete Web Links/Categories
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the appropriate link, select modify or delete. To Modify: Highlight the entry you want to change, type in its replacement, hit submit and confirm. To Delete: Hit delete and confirm.
     
 

Vendors
Click Vendors in the sidebar to go to the Vendors page, a modifiable directory of suppliers including complete contact info for each.

     
 

Add Vendors/Categories
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the appropriate link, fill out the brief information form. Hit submit and confirm.

     
 

Modify or Delete Vendors/Categories
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the appropriate link, select Modify or Delete. To Modify: Highlight the entry you want to change, type in its replacement, hit submit and confirm. To Delete: Hit delete and confirm.

     
  Employees
Click Employees in the sidebar to go to the Employees page, a modifiable directory of employees, including complete contact info for each.
     
  Add Employees
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the Add Employee link, fill out the brief information form. hit submit and confirm.
     
  Modify or Delete Employees
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the appropriate link, select Modify or Delete. To Modify: Highlight the entry you want to change, type in its replacement, hit submit and confirm. To Delete: Hit delete and confirm.
     
 

Add New User
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the Add Employee link. The Add New User form is located at the bottom of the Add Employee page. Fill out the form, hit submit and confirm to add a new user as well as assign a User ID and Password.

Please note: The Add New User feature is only available in the Admin view.

     
 

Modify Web Link Category Sequence
To modify the order of Web Link Categories, scroll to the bottom of the Web Links page, click Modify Categories, click Modify Category Sequence, select and highlight a category, click Move Up or Move Down, and click Submit.

     
 

Modify Web Link Sequence
To modify the order of Web Links within a category, scroll to the bottom of the Web Links page, click Modify Web Links, click Modify Sequence located directly under the appropriate category heading, select and highlight a web link, click Move Up or Move Down, and click Submit.

     
 

Modify Vendor Category Sequence
To modify the order of Vendor Categories, scroll to the bottom of the Vendor page, click Modify Categories, click Modify Category Sequence, select and highlight a category, click Move Up or Move Down, and click Submit.

     
 

Modify Vendor Sequence
To modify the order of Vendors within a category, scroll to the bottom of the Vendor page, click Modify Vendors, click Modify Sequence located directly under the appropriate category heading, select and highlight a vendor, click Move Up or Move Down, and click Submit.

     
  E-mail a Vendor
Simply click the e-mail link for a specific vendor and your default E-mail program, for example, Outlook or Outlook Express will automatically open.
   
     
 

Add Employees/Categories
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the appropriate link, fill out the brief information form. Hit submit and confirm.

     
 

Modify or Delete Employees/Categories
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the appropriate link, select Modify or Delete. To Modify: Highlight the entry you want to change, type in its replacement, hit submit and confirm. To Delete: Hit delete and confirm.

     
 

Modify Employee Category Sequence
To modify the order of EmployeeCategories, scroll to the bottom of the Employee page, click Modify Categories, click Modify Category Sequence, select and highlight a category, click Move Up or Move Down, and click Submit.

     
 

Modify Employee Sequence
To modify the order of Employees within a category, scroll to the bottom of the Employee page, click Modify Web Links, click Modify Sequence located directly under the appropriate category heading, select and highlight an employee, click Move Up or Move Down, and click Submit.

     
 

Add Employee Numbers
When you add a new employee to the Dashboard, it will automatically assign the next consecutive employee number.

     
  E-mail an Employee
  Simply click the e-mail link for a specific employee and your default E-mail program, for example, Outlook or Outlook Express will automatically open.
